2. Then, buy products from Optical Prescription Lab. They can tell you what products qualify for rewards.
3. Points will be awarded during each quarter for qualifying goals and activities achieved.
4. Shop our online rewards store to redeem your points for great prizes. The level of reward is determined by how many points you earn – so start today!

It´s that simple.

Rules:

1. Optical Prescription Lab has the sole responsibility for the issuance of points including which product and activities qualify for points, their point values and any date limitations that may apply on promotions.
2. Unused points earned in one calendar year expire on March 1st of the following calendar year and will be removed from your point balance.
3. It is the responsibility of the ECP to ensure that their account is updated accordingly to receive rewards and promotional information.
